I have heard in the past that the TechStream software will not work on a 64 bit OS or Windows 8.1 because the MVCI drivers will not install. I found something that will fit on Amazon, however, the only problem is the fact that it has Windows 8.1 64 bit OS. I have been looking for a cheap replacement.
